Our Pomegranate Fruit-Infused Vinegar Shrub preserves the fleeting flavors of this great tasting, sweet smelling fruit from the fall growing season. We proudly source an abundance of pomegranates from dear friend and farm partner Carla Malloy at Elder Flat Farm on the Central Coast in California and our friends at Windrose Farm in Paso Robles.

We’ve known and worked with Carla (Elder Flat) and Justin and Catherine (Windrose) for as long as we’ve been in business, and we can’t stay away from their perennial fruit trees and orchards. They grows some of the best pomegranates we’ve ever tasted–thanks to their small-farm approach, organic growing practices, and the climate and landscape on the Central Coast of California.  

We love to use our Pomegranate flavor in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Another great use for our this flavor is braising meats, if you’re looking for an alternative ingredient for recipes that call for wine. Our Pomegranate flavor also makes a great addition to a homemade cocktail made with gin or vodka, or mocktail with sparkling water, for anyone looking for more brightness.
