These big abs are one-of-a-kind: Cultured Abalone in Gaviota, CA (@culturedabalone) has spent the last 10 years raising some of these animals, and for the first time ever they are being offered for sale. Quantities are extremely limited and more inventory will not be available for many years.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LIVE ABALONE LOSE WEIGHT DURING TRANSIT - WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO YOU THEY WILL WEIGH SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THEIR HARVEST WEIGHTS

Stays alive in the refrigerator for at least 3 days. Freezes well too.
